The Agence de gestion et de recouvrement des avoirs saisis et confisqués (Agrasc) is a public body whose aim is to improve the effectiveness of the criminal justice response designed to combat crime by depriving the perpetrators of the proceeds of their crime and to compensate the national community for the damage suffered.
